This is a game that has a lot of bad blood as this is a great rivalry in college football. These teams have had a lot of great games over the years. A lot of great players have played in them, like Tim Tebow, Joe Burrow, Chris Leak, and Percy Harvin. These teams have had a lot of great games over the years. Here of some of the games that have made this rivalry so great.

Florida Vs LSU 2016

UF was trying to dodge the Tigers, at least that was what LSU officials suggested, when the original game was postponed due to Hurricane Matthew. Gators athletics director Jeremy Foley fired back, saying that, “LSU never responded to rescheduling the game in the Swamp so they scheduled the game in Death Valley.” The teams also had a pregame scuffle. Furthermore, that led to Leonard Fournette playing before kickoff. In addition to trailing 7-3 at the half, quarterback Austin Appleby threw a 98- yard touchdown pass to Tyrie Cleveland in the third quarter, and Eddy Pineiro hit two more field goals in the fourth. Florida took the lead 16-10 in the fourth, but with one second left, LSU had the ball on the one-yard line.

Derrius Guice tried to jump over the line and came up short. To this day, it’s one of the best moments in Florida’s history.

Conclusion This is a big game for both sides, as both sides desperately need a win. This game should be a great one, but I think Florida finds a way to win, and Coach O will more than likely be on the hot seat.

Final Score Florida- 27, LSU-219
