No. 1 Georgia Vs Charleston Southern Preview

Number 1 Georgia hosts Charleston Southern for Senior Day, an emotional but meaningful day. Games are emotional. Senior Day increases the emotions. The game is to be played on Saturday, November 20th at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time. SEC Network+ and ESPN+. Charleston Southern has talent. Georgia must stay focused and not overlook Charleston Southern, who is talented.


Georgia is 10-0 overall, 8-0 in SEC coming from a win over Tennessee to remain undefeated in SEC and overall. Georgia is trying to stay untouched with two regular-season games remaining. It will not be an easy task. Georgia is playing against Charleston Southern, who has talent and are 4-5 overall, 3-4 Big South. Charleston Southern traveled to Gardner-Webb on November 13th and defeated them in double overtime.


Charleston Southern offensive against Georgia defensive line. Charleston Southern can make plays. They average 26 points, 277.22 passing yards, 399.9 total offensive yards, and 122.7 rushing yards per game. They can convert 41.56% of third downs, and their red zone scoring rate is 73.5%. QB Jack Chambers leads their offense with a 56.59 passing percentage, 17 touchdowns, nine interceptions, averaging 3.73 yards a play, seven touchdowns, 128 attempts, and 477 rushing yards. Charleston Southern will pass the football and run it, trying to keep Georgia’s defense out of balance.

Running Back Danuel Oscar is someone to watch as well. The entire offense can make plays. Defensively, they give up 25 points a game. Charleston Southern defense can make plays as well. Georgia will have to stay focused on defense and all game phases to keep an undefeated record. Both teams have talent. QB Stetson Bennett leads Georgia offense. He is 10-2 on the season. Georgia averages 79.8 rushing yards a game. Georgia has stand-out players as well offense, defense, special teams.


Charleston Southern will be ready to compete. Emotions will be high due to Senior Day. Georgia has to stay on their game. Both teams will compete at a high level no matter what the score is. The game will be a good one. Georgia should come out victorious to remain undefeated.
